Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed, altered or cancelled including, but not limited to, the order quantity, the shipping address and the payment methods.
All local orders will be sent free of charge. As for overseas orders, we will send by Speedpost provided by Hong Kong Post Office. Please make sure that the delivery address has someone there to receive the package as the service by Speedpost is door-to-door. If you prefer the products to be sent faster and/or sent by the courier service you like (e.g. by DHL or UPS), just let us know by emailing sales@yatchung.com. We will quote you the exact shipping cost with insurance as soon as possible.
Price indicated against each watch does not include shipping and handling, and insurance. Please be reminded that you have to add the shipping and insurance cost on top of the watch price.
Customers are obliged to pay the order amount within 14 days from the date of order confirmation. If the customers fail to do so, the order will be deemed as invalid. The customers will need to go to the online shopping engine of Ami D'amour again to reorder it.
The order will only be executed and shipped AFTER we receive your payment AND the payment becomes valid / cleared.
All products will not shipped to General Post Office boxes. The shipping address must be a valid home or business address.
Ami D'amour reserves all rights to refuse doing business with anyone on the website and/or reject any order placed if the company suspects the customers / the orders placed to be unfaithful, cheating or inappropriate.
